Need a hand with the GT Services platform? Here is how to reach us and where to find answers to common questions.

How to reach us

The fastest way to get help is to contact our management team directly by email or phone, using the details at the bottom of this page. We are happy to help organisers and students alike.

For students

Common topics for students on the platform:

  • Building your crew profile and uploading a profile photo.
  • Discovering events in your region and showing interest.
  • Getting briefed and guided on site by a Team Coordinator.
  • Payment of the hours you work, handled reliably within 7 working days.

For organisers

Common topics for companies and event organisers:

  • Creating an event request and choosing the crew you need.
  • Reviewing privacy-safe crew profiles and indicating your preferences.
  • Confirming the final crew, the briefing and the on-site lead with GT Services.

Account and login

You can sign in or create an account from the GT Services home page. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset it by email.

Account and data requests

To request a copy of your data, correct your information, delete your data or close your account, contact us at the email below and we will handle your request. Self-service account deletion inside the app is being prepared and is not available yet.

Push notifications

Push notifications are not yet available in the GT Services app. Important updates are sent by email for now.

About the app

The GT Services iOS app is part of the GT Services platform, also available on the web at gt-services.app. The sign-up and member area are currently in Dutch.
